According to the information disclosed during the event, key recent developments by Bitlayer include:
1. BitVM Bridge Mainnet Beta Launch: After over half a year of internal testing and public beta phases, the first Bitcoin cross-chain solution based on the BitVM paradigm, BitVM Bridge Mainnet Beta version, was officially launched;
2. Release of Bitlayer Network 2.0 Whitepaper: The team officially released the Bitlayer Network 2.0 Whitepaper, marking the transition of Bitlayer Network into the Rollup architecture stage;
3. Bitlayer Network V3 to Focus on High-Performance Execution: The core goal of V3 is to address the high-performance execution challenge of the Bitcoin Layer 2 network, aiming to achieve: a customizable high-performance native transaction engine, horizontally scalable clustered system architecture, an EVM-compatible high-performance parallel execution engine, and provide a centralized exchange (CEX) level user experience.
