Morgan Stanley submitted a revised S-1 filing to the SEC on March 28, announcing that its proposed spot btc-42">Bitcoin ETF (MSBT) will charge an annual "sponsorship fee" of 0.14%, making it the lowest fee for a spot Bitcoin ETF in the U.S. market. If approved, it will be lower than Grayscale's Bitcoin mini trust fee of 0.15% and 11 basis points lower than the 0.25% fee of BlackRock and Fidelity's spot ETFs.

The ETF plans to list on the NYSE with an initial size of 10,000 shares and seed investment capital of $1 million, with custodians including Coinbase and BNY Mellon, and is expected to launch in early April. Analysts believe this pricing is smart and competitive, likely to attract asset migration, as similar fee discrepancies have previously led to significant outflows from Grayscale's Bitcoin trust to competitors.
