BlockBeats News, August 27th, according to The Information report, the new SOL Treasury company "Solana Co," led by Pantera Capital, will launch in collaboration with two Asian strategic partners, Summer Capital and Avenir Group. Summer Capital, established in 2017, is one of the earliest licensed financial institutions in Asia to engage in digital asset investments. Avenir Group, founded by Li Lin, is an emerging investment group focusing on financial innovation and investments in cutting-edge technology, with operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

BlockBeats reported yesterday that cryptocurrency fund Pantera is seeking to raise up to $1.25 billion to transform a public company into a Solana investment firm. Galaxy Digital, Multicoin Capital, and Jump Crypto are in talks with potential investors to raise approximately $1 billion for a significant SOL acquisition. This is set to be the largest treasury focused on this digital token to date.
